Returns
We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported to us within 7 days of receiving the order. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Return Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as personal-use accessories or opened packages. Customized or special-order items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and approval. You will be required to return the original product before a replacement is sent.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. You can still request a return after receiving the product, following the conditions outlined above.
